Gan Jing World will never ask you for your password in an email or send you a password as an attachment.
If you get an email that says it's from Gan Jing World, here are some ways to confirm it's really from us.
1.Verify a sender
All emails from Gan Jing World come from the domains listed below. Watch out for misspelled versions — they may be from someone impersonating us.

How to check the sender
Click the sender name in your mail client to reveal the full address. The part after the @ is the domain — it must exactly match one of the entries above.
2.Unsubscribe from emails
Every email we send includes a one-click Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from that mailing list immediately.
3.Privacy & data handling
We follow strict practices for handling subscriber data:
- We never sell or rent email addresses to third parties.
- Unsubscribe requests are honored within 48 hours across all mailing lists.
For the full policy, see our Privacy Policy.
4.Frequently asked questions
Do you comply with GDPR and CAN-SPAM?
Yes. Every commercial message includes sender identification, a physical mailing address, and a functional one-click unsubscribe. We honor right-to-access and right-to-erasure requests within the timeframes required by GDPR and similar regional regulations.
Your mail is going to my spam folder. What can I do?
Add the sending address to your contacts, mark one of our messages as "Not spam", and create a filter in your mail client for @ganjingworld.com (and related domains listed in Section 1) to bypass the spam filter.
I unsubscribed but I'm still receiving email. Why?
Unsubscribe requests take up to 48 hours to propagate. If you still receive mail after that window, check the List-Unsubscribe header of the latest message — if it shows a different domain, the mail may be from a spoofer rather than us.
5.Email authentication
All Gan Jing World mail is authenticated with industry-standard protocols so your mail provider can verify that a message actually originated from us.
SPF (Sender Policy Framework)
Publishes the list of servers authorized to send mail on behalf of our domains. Look for spf=pass in the email header.
DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)
Every outgoing message is signed with a cryptographic key. Receiving servers verify the signature to confirm the message has not been modified in transit. Look for dkim=pass.
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication)
Our DMARC policy instructs mail providers to reject or quarantine any mail claiming to be from our domains that fails SPF or DKIM checks. Our current public policy:
v=DMARC1; p=reject; rua=mailto:dmarc@ganjingworld.com; ruf=mailto:dmarc@ganjingworld.com; fo=1; adkim=s; aspf=s
Viewing authentication results
In Gmail, open the message → click the three-dot menu → Show original. Look for the Authentication-Results header. All three checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) should show pass.
